Bookings only after reservation via internet or telephone.

Reservation means that you accept the conditions

Prices are incl. VAT and tourist tax

Bed and bath linen and cleaning costs included

Advance payment at least € 100, -, to be paid no later than 1 week before arrival date

Cancellation up to 1 week prior to your first night is free of charge. In all other cases the deposit of € 100, - will not be refunded

Our apartment is not suitable for children under the age of about 6 years

Monday and Friday are the arrival and departure days, customization is possible; you can contact us for this

Check-in on the day of arrival from 16.00. Deviating times if necessary. in consultation, as well as issuing your luggage

Check out on departure day no later than 10.00

We have a non-smoking apartment

Pets not allowed

For stays from 1 week, the apartment is cleaned once a week, including replacement of bed and bath linen.

The kitchen is ready for use, if things are used up, we have the kind request to supplement it or to report this on departure. E.g. olive oil, spices, coffee / tea etc.
